Water Damage in a Kitchen
This customer woke up in the morning to find a pipe leaking underneath his bathroom sink. This pip caused so much damage that it affected the ceilings, carpets and floors from the master bedroom all the way down to the basement. One little leaky pipe and a whole house has water damage. On the first floor we removed 90% of the kitchens ceiling, crown molding , trim, and removed the drywall around the sliding glass door due to it being saturated. In the living room we removed 50% of the rooms carpet and pad, trim and put drying holes and removed 50% of the drywall ceiling . In the basement we removed all carpet and pad, wet foam ceiling tiles, trim , removed a exterior wall and the insolation. The two pictures show the kitchen and how we removed all parts of the ceiling and some of the drywall near the sliding door.
